Product Description
The curtain is built from 3 fabric layers, combining a sound-absorbing fabric that reduces sound reflections with a noise-insulating fabric that helps limit sound passing through the curtain.
Dedicated pockets on the back allow sound-absorbing or acoustic insulation materials of up to 50×50 cm to be added, in up to 5 layers, depending on the material type and its thickness.
This option makes it possible to tailor the composition of the partition to the acoustic needs of the space and to improve performance beyond that of the curtain alone.
The fabric has a natural, Scandinavian-style finish, combining a clean look with acoustic and thermal properties.
Installation
At the top of the curtain there is a sleeve approx. 10 cm high, designed for threading a hanging pole or tension pole through.
The curtain can be installed without a standard curtain track, using a suitable pole system.
To install the curtain as a partition, the pole set – the Tension Pole Set – must be added separately.
- Choose a pole system suited to the curtain’s dimensions and total weight.
- Thread the pole through the top sleeve and secure it according to the instructions of the hanging system.
- Suitable sound-absorbing or acoustic insulation materials can be added to the pockets.
- For best performance, minimise gaps around the partition.
Take the weight of any added insulation materials into account when choosing the hanging system.
