Standards and Approvals
The manufacturer declares conformity with EN 71-3 regarding heavy metals, and with HACCP requirements for use in finishing systems in food-related environments. An EPD environmental declaration is also available for the product.
Preparation and Application Instructions
Stir component A and gradually add component B at a ratio of 5:1, until a uniform mixture is obtained. After preparing the substrate according to the surface type, apply the material with a short-pile roller, brush or spray, in thin, even coats.
On non-absorbent substrates, the first coat can be applied without dilution; on absorbent substrates, dilute according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Subsequent coats can be diluted with clean water at a rate of 5%–10%, depending on the system and the application conditions. Allow drying between coats and apply an additional protective coat where the system requires it.
