Product Description
A professional acoustic curtain combining sound insulation and sound absorption to improve the acoustic comfort of the space.
The curtain is made of 100% polyester and constructed from three main fabric sheets that form five functional layers.
The outer layer has a waffle texture, which helps reduce sound reflections and reverberation inside the room. The inner layers include a dense fabric and a dedicated coating, which help reduce noise transmission through the curtain.
The unique construction and the high weight of the fabric combine acoustic improvement, blackout shading and thermal insulation in a single solution.
Acoustic Performance
The curtain helps reduce everyday noise such as speech, television, musical instruments, barking dogs and street noise.
- Particularly effective at mid and high frequencies, above approx. 1,000Hz.
- Reported noise reduction in the range of 8–25 dB, depending on test conditions.
- Reported average reduction of approx. 12–13 dB.
- Helps absorb sound and reduce reverberation inside the space.
Good to know: actual acoustic performance varies with the noise frequency, the window construction, the curtain size and the installation method. The reported reduction values are not guaranteed in every installation.
Thermal Insulation

Installation
- It is recommended to install the curtain so that it covers the entire window opening.
- Minimise gaps at the sides, top and bottom as far as possible.
- The curtain can be hung using the supplied hooks, according to the installation kit.
- Tiebacks can be used to gather the curtain as needed.
Covering the opening as fully as possible helps improve the acoustic insulation and shading performance.
Care and Cleaning
- Regular dusting with a vacuum cleaner is recommended.
- Can be washed gently by hand at up to 40°C.
- Do not use bleach.
- Dry in the shade.
- Avoid frequent washing and follow the instructions on the care label.
Fire Resistance
The product is not classified as fireproof or flame-retardant.
